Starting with version 8.40, SIMPLIS will add support for user-defined digital devices
implemented in C/C++ and distributed as a DLL. The following documentation is available:
- The Overview provides
a high-level overview of the functionality.
- The Tutorial walks the user
through the process of creating a DLL-defined Digital Device project definition, creating the source,
customizing and compiling it using Visual studio and running the device in a test schematic.
- The Functions documentation
describes the types, arguments and behavior of the functions that are available for the DLL-defined
Digital Device source to call during simulation.
