Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

Location: Portland, OR
Reports To: Sales and Accounts Manager

This position will provide essential support to the Sales Department, handling customer service, sales, and marketing tasks, with the opportunity to grow into order fulfillment, account management, and marketing responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
A detail-oriented candidate will respond to sales and product evaluation requests via email and phone.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Manage follow-up reminders and track sales progress using virtual ticketing and sales management tools.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Accounts Manager to meet customer needs and support the sales team’s efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, establishing rapport and trust.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role does not include supervisory duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be based in Portland, OR.
  • Prior customer service experience is a must.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
