3.3  Viewing the Output Report

During each test, DVM measures scalar data, such as the converter phase margin, and compares these scalar results with the specifications stored in the DVM control symbol. Each test is assigned a PASS/ FAIL status based on these comparisons. If the same tests were selected as in the example, the overview report should show one test failure due to the minimum phase-margin specification. In the image below, the overview report has been annotated to highlight the common data elements of the overview report.

  4. The overview log file in text format with information about each run

For this example, the first Bode plot test at light load failed the minimum phase margin test specifications. The test report shows that the simulated phase margin of 16.92 degrees was below the specification value of 35 degrees set in the DVM control symbol with annotations noted below.
